Absolutely shocking service from ASAP. Orders are incorrect, orders are changed without communication when it suits them. They really lack in putting the customer first and have honestly taken on same day delivery when they weren't ready. Customer service is shocking!!! It honestly blows my mind how in this day and age such unprofessional and honestly pathetic their service is and there seems to be no effort to fix or correct their errors because I've experienced this more than once. Officially done with PnP as a franchise, I'll not spend another rand in their stores, online platform or on their useless app again
This service is honestly pathetic and the support even worse. Items left off orders and never refunded. Support never answers emails. Over using these guys.
This App has benefitted me and i would highly recommended it accept for one thig: refunds on orders happened twice on my purchases, but i am struggling to get my money back... An endless struggle...Also an item delivered short, but charged and broken eggs. So, i cannot really say it is a diligent as desired, but it solves the problem of not getting to the store.
You guys should just discontinue this app!! 10 of my items weren't delivered and this is not the first last time it was 3 and I never got a refund! I called their call center they said they'd deliver this morning, guess who's typing this on an empty stomach! Do yourself a favour DO NOT CLICK INSTALL!!
The service was really bad infact id give them 0 starts, my order was very late with no communication, I called so many times but was still not assisted. I had to drive to the store. Save yourself some grief and use checkets 60 60
From past experiences I've ordered a number of items and on several occasions received incorrect items or completely an item off the list which pnp is promoting. Dissatisfied customer. Bad app
It is great but the Checkers app is still better. Difficult to change card for payment. Search results are not great.
Specials are easy to navigate, but the biggest issue on the website is delivery addresses don't save and have to be recaptured or location set every time. It's annoying and frustrating. Choosing another time is also annoying.
The ASAP app is the best. The delivery is always within 30 minutes or less.
