"Absolutely shocking service from ASAP. Orders are incorrect, orders are changed without communication when it suits them. They really lack in putting the customer first and have honestly taken on same day delivery when they weren't ready. Customer service is shocking!!! It honestly blows my mind how in this day and age such unprofessional and honestly pathetic their service is and there seems to be no effort to fix or correct their errors because I've experienced this more than once. Officially done with PnP as a franchise, I'll not spend another rand in their stores, online platform or on their useless app again"
